Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes (9 sets), complete:

Sets 1-3
Overhead Press x 5 reps
Ring Row x 10 reps @ 2020

Sets 4-6
Push Press x 3 reps
Ring Row x 8 reps @ 2020

Sets 7-9
Jerk x 1 rep
Ring Row x 6 reps @ 2020

Note: Increase load each set

WOD

In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Partner 1 – 12 Burpees
Partner 2 – Max reps of Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

Note: Once Partner 1 finishes 12 Burpees athletes switch. Score is total hang Power Snatches completed in the 6 minutes.
