Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes, for reps:
Station 1 – 30 seconds of DB Deadlifts
Station 2 – 30 seconds of DB Hang Power Cleans
Station 3 – 30 seconds of DB Front Squats
Station 4 – 30 seconds of DB Shoulder to Overhead

Men use – 50 lb DBs
Women use – 35 lb DBs
