– adjust load as desired

WOD

In teams of 3, complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Partner 1
– Row 250m
– 10 Burpees over the rower
Partner 2
– 10 KB Swings (55/35)
– 10 Alternating KB Cleans (55/35)
Partner 3
– Rest

Note: Rotate in order (1->2->3->1) each time the Row/Burpee partner completes their station.
