In teams of 2, complete 3 rounds of the following for time (17 min cap):
Partner 1
Row 24 calories
Partner 2
16 KB Snatches, 8 left/8 right (45/25)
40′ Overhead Walking Lunge, 20′ left/20′ right (45/25)

Note: Switch after both partners have completed their part. Continue until both partners have completed 3 rounds.
