Day 1 – 100m Run
Day 2 – Deadlifts (275/195)
Day 3 – Handstand Push Ups
Day 4 – Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Day 5 – C2B Pull Ups
Day 6 – Burpees
Day 7 – Double Unders
Day 8 – KB Swings (55/35)
Day 9 – Thrusters (95/65)
Day 10 – Toes to Bar
Day 11 – Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
Day 12 – Snatches (95/65)

This workout will be performed just like the song. The first round will be 1 100m run; the second round will be 2 Deadlifts and 1 100m Run; the third round will be 3 HSPU, 2 Deadlifts, and 1 100m Run; etc.
