Tabata Thruster (155/105)
*A Tabata is an interval consisting of 20 sec of ME work followed by a 10 sec rest and repeated for 8 rounds.  The score is the combined reps from all 24 rounds.

**Only use one bar/weight for this entire workout.  The Thruster will be the limiting factor for most athletes, so choose your weight based on that.
