3 Rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats (155/105)
50 Alternating Tire Hits (16/10)
20 Alternating KB Snatch (55/35)
We’re back to lifting!  We are beginning another cycle of the 5-3-1 Program.  Add 10 lbs to the base weight of your Squat and Deadlift and 5 lbs to your Press and Bench Press.
