Bodyweight Bench Press
Ring Rows
Note: If you cannot do this workout at bodyweight, find a weight that you can get between 3-7 reps each round. For the Ring Rows, get as horizontal as possible. The Ring Rows should immediately follow the Bench Press. Rest as needed between sets.

You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts. You may not create your own WOD. This is an excellent time to test benchmarks or make up missed strength workouts.
