In teams of 4…

P1 & P2 complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

100m Sprint
5 Burpees
10 Deadlift (185/125)
*alternate complete rounds

P3 & P4 complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

150m Row Sprint
5 Burpees
10 Goblet Squats (55/35)
*alternate complete rounds

rest 3 minutes then switch

After both pairs have completed both AMRAPs, rest 3 minutes then,

For time:
400m Partner Carry – switch as needed
