EMOM for 7 min:
1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat
– increase weight each set; if you miss, go down 10 #s and finish with that weight.

WOD 

You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts. You may not create your own WOD. This is an excellent time to test benchmarks or make up missed strength workouts.

I love the teamwork we see in the CrossFit Kids program!  These girls stick together and push each other through every workout!
