Spend some extra time foam rolling and working on mobility to aid recovery during this deload week
You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts. You may not create your own WOD. This is an excellent time to test benchmarks or make up missed strength workouts.
We look forward to seeing you all at Sol’s house tomorrow for our 4th of July BBQ and Amy’s birthday!!! We are providing burgers, hot dogs, soda and some beer! If you can, please bring a side and anything else you’d like to drink.
