About our coaches:
The first thing to know about our coaches is that they are just like you, they have goals and they started somewhere. Everyone who walks through our doors is aspiring to better tomorrow than they are today and our coaches are no different. They understand that it’s hard to get started, that at first it’s hard to stay committed, and that this is like no training program you’ve ever experienced before. They understand this because they were there too in the beginning. They also know that if they motivate and inspire you, you will reach levels in your fitness you never knew were possible. And guess how they know that…because they’ve done it and they continue to do it every day!

CrossFit found me in 2009 when I left the corporate fitness world to start my own training business. After I finished my first WOD I collapsed to the ground and knew immediately that I was hooked. Not since the Marine Corps had I experienced such a mental and physical challenge.
After only of a short time of doing CrossFit I realized that this so much more than just a fitness program. The principals we apply in CrossFit extend beyond the barbell. The challenge to challenge yourself, to see what you are capable of, to commit to something even though it’s hard because of what you will get out of it.
A little about myself, if I am not at the gym I can probably be found hanging out with my awesome wife and 3 awesome kids. I love CrossFit and I love coaching but I love being a dad best of all.

I grew up as an athlete. In high school I played baseball and wrestled and continued to play ball through college while I got my undergraduate from Westminster College in Fulton, MO. I moved to Denver 6 years ago for work and have been very happy to wind up in such a great city.
I got into CrossFit just over a year ago and haven’t looked back. My favorite aspects of CrossFit are Oly lifting, gymnastics, teamwork, the results it delivers, and seeing other people work their butts off for those results. The healthy competitive atmosphere and peer pressure make it such a great and motivating environment. Recently, I have begun competing in local CrossFit competitions and plan to continue to do so!
Other than CrossFit I love music, going to concerts, skiing, hiking, camping, being outdoors, biking, and playing softball.

I grew up in Arvada, CO as a multi-sport athlete, playing soccer, basketball, and running track. After high school I attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe on a soccer scholarship. While there I was team captain for 3 years, I was awarded All-Louisiana in 2009, and received Second Team All-Sunbelt 2009. I continue to stay active in sports through various leagues.
I have been crossfitting for almost 2 years. I love everything about CrossFit! It’s the hardest workout I’ve done next to pre-season soccer training. My favorite movements are kettlebell swings, box jumps, and wall balls! Cause who doesn’t love wall balls?!
